A land of amazing vitality
“A vast magic carpet, suspended among the stars and over there, at its furthest point, Mont Ventoux lies sleeping like a blue turtle with its head in the sand.”
Jean Giono – L’Homme qui plantait des arbres (The Man who plantes trees)
flora and fauna
The Les Davids estate is situated at the heart of the Luberon region. An extraordinary area whose diversity endows us with a uniquely rich terroir.
The Luberon National Park consists of vast oak forests, scrubland with its aromatic scents, lavender fields and olive and vine groves. The ridges have always been home to goats and sheep. Roe deer, red deer, wild boar and birds, both Mediterranean and mountain species, are a frequent sight there.
Tailor-made service, at any time of year
The spirit of Les Davids also lies in the pleasure of sharing its art de vivre. Our Hameaux are bases for visitors who want to spend longer discovering the best of what the region has to offer: its authenticity.
